If your jeans or top don’t fit just right, we offer one free exchange so you can choose the correct size or a different style that you love.

Here’s how it works:

30-Day Exchange Window:
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request an exchange.

Condition Requirements:
The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Easy Process:
Click on "CREATE YOUR EXCHANGE LABEL" to start the process. We’ll cover the shipping cost for your first exchange!

Exchange Options:

  • You can exchange for the same item in a different size.

  • You can exchange for another style within the same collection.

  • You can exchange for a different item from another collection.

Price Differences:

  • If the new item you choose has a higher price, we will contact you via email to inform you of the exact price difference and provide you with our Zelle contact information to complete the payment.

  • If the new item has a lower price, you will receive store credit for the remaining balance, which you can use toward a future purchase.

Defective Items:
If there’s a manufacturing defect (e.g., issues with zippers, buttons, or rivets), we’ll replace the product free of charge—just let us know.


Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs, lost, or stolen packages.

  • Packages must be shipped only via USPS.

  • Irregular Apparel: No exchanges or store credits are available for these items.
