If your jeans or top don’t fit just right, we offer one free exchange so you can choose the correct size or a different style that you love.
Here’s how it works:
30-Day Exchange Window:
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request an exchange.
Condition Requirements:
The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Easy Process:
Click on "CREATE YOUR EXCHANGE LABEL" to start the process. We’ll cover the shipping cost for your first exchange!
Exchange Options:
You can exchange for the same item in a different size.
You can exchange for another style within the same collection.
You can exchange for a different item from another collection.
Price Differences:
If the new item you choose has a higher price, we will contact you via email to inform you of the exact price difference and provide you with our Zelle contact information to complete the payment.
If the new item has a lower price, you will receive store credit for the remaining balance, which you can use toward a future purchase.
Defective Items:
If there’s a manufacturing defect (e.g., issues with zippers, buttons, or rivets), we’ll replace the product free of charge—just let us know.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs, lost, or stolen packages.
Packages must be shipped only via USPS.
Irregular Apparel: No exchanges or store credits are available for these items.
